Direction for use...Thoroughly dampen your hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Dispense a quarter-sized amount of MEDIUM shampoo into your hands and lather it, then massage into the roots and where the hair contacts the scalp. Rinse off the shampoo and gently squeeze out any excess moisture before applying conditioner.
