Refund policy

RETURN POLICY -

We are happy to accept returns within the 14 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, returned items must be unopened, in the original packaging and original shipped condition.

All hair must be returned with Unopened and still intact. Failure to do this will result in the item being returned to you. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse.  Pre-order hair is non-refundable and takes up to 4 weeks for delivery. Any refunds granted will be actioned within 14 days of receipt of the product to our warehouse.

Please note that any shipping costs to return the unwanted goods to us will need to be covered by the customer.
