Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase using reliable carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri, employing the fastest available service in your location. Each order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress at every stage. Please note that external factors beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays, may impact the delivery schedule, causing potential delays in receiving your packages. 

Royal Mail 48 (Monday – Saturday)

This choice comes with tracking, and Royal Mail aims to deliver the majority of items within two to three working days. The shipment cutoff time is 3 pm.

*Please be aware: While Royal Mail makes every effort to deliver within the specified time frames, the mentioned service is not guaranteed.

Starting from the end of September 2022, if there is no recipient available to accept your parcel(s), we may opt to deliver them to a Safeplace location at the address. This is contingent upon our postman or postwoman deeming the location suitable (currently, we only leave parcels in a safe place if the recipient has specifically requested it). In such cases, we will also leave a "Something For You" card explaining the parcel(s)' location. If a suitable safe place cannot be found, and delivery to a neighbour is not possible, your parcel(s) will be returned to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, and a "Something For You" card will be left at the address.

From the end of July 2023, Royal Mail will update its terms and conditions to allow intended recipients to use the Royal Mail App to set a delivery preference, specifying where their parcels should be left when they are not available to accept delivery.

Royal Mail will be authorized to leave parcels in accordance with these preferences (though they may choose not to if the location is deemed unsuitable). When recipients provide a suitable designated location, the parcel will be considered delivered once it is left in that location.

*Please be aware: When you request delivery to a safe place and intercept the delivery, you assume liability if the parcel is damaged or lost.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel an order, please do so immediately via telephone. No penalties will be charged, and your payment method will be canceled. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. 

Pre-order hair takes up to 4 weeks for delivery and is non-refundable.
